So Why Bottle our own Milk?
There are many reasons in today’s economic environment that has forced us to take this step - the most important is that we cannot attain a reasonable price for our milk being controlled by the big manufacturers and the supermarket chains.
The other reason is that the milk we drink today is a far cry from the olden days when we could buy milk direct from the farm. It is our wish and desire to take people back in time again and provide the milk that you the customer deserve here on the North Coast of NSW.
